Enrolling a Student

To complete the registration process, you will need:

• Child's birth certificate
• Immunization records
• Social Security Card
• Proof of residence (something showing service into the home; must include the parent's name; examples include a home phone bill, electric bill, cable bill; a driver's license, cell phone bill or satellite bill will not be accepted as proof of residence)
