Dr. Julia McClanahan - Assistant Principal

I am excited to be a member of the Woodfields High Flyers this year as assistant principal! I look forward to helping and encouraging our students to become confident, caring, responsible individuals, who reach their maximum potential.

I am a product of Greenwood District 50 having grown up in Greenwood, and I have most recently worked at Brewer Middle School as a teacher before coming to Woodfields. I also taught in Florence 3 and Laurens 56 school districts. I have an undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston in Studio Art, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Lander University, an Education Specialist degree in Supervision and Administration from Clemson University, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Clemson University. I am married, and we have two sons and a labradoodle.
